Our Cabernet Reserve is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown at 2900 feet above sea level in the Malibu Coast AVA. The wine is medium bodied and packed with ripe black and red fruits with a blast of licorice. The harvest took place on September 15th and the grapes reached 24.5 Brix with 3.62 pH. The wine has great structure and is ready to drink now or you can cellar it for more complexity.
This wine is ideally paired with a grilled meats like steak, lamb, game or pasta with a spicy red sauce.
