MALIBU COAST AVA
Our Left Bank Red was created as a traditional "Left Bank" Bordeaux Blend using 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc, and 4% Petite Verdot grapes. The wine is extremely well balanced with flavors of black cherry, plum, boysenberry with hints of licorice and exotic spice. The harvest took place on September 25th and the grapes reached 25.1 Brix with 3.62 pH.
This wine is ideally paired with a grilled beef like steak or lamb as well as pasta with a spicy red sauce.
